OCTUPUS stands for Operationally Clustered Taxonomic Units for Parallel Tagged Ultra Sequencing. This program designed to analyze large scale 454 tagged metagenetic samples.
Please feel free to try out our software. OCTUPUS is linux only and only requires basic knowledge of linux to install.
